At Biscuit’s Buddies we embrace our volunteers! Volunteers enable us to complete our mission and can participate in a variety of meaningful ways.
Volunteer opportunities include animal care, animal handling, on-site visit assistance, community outreach events and marketing/fundraising.
Volunteer Credit Hours
We welcome all high school and college students who need volunteer hours by working with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The best part of volunteering is participating firsthand in the magical impact between our therapy minis and the communities we serve! Please contact us to learn more.

What characteristics are we looking for in a volunteer?
Someone who loves animals and horses! Experience is welcome but not required. All volunteers will be trained as needed for whichever tasks they would like to do. We have a wonderful community that we serve, so the ability to interact with them and engage in all the fun is important!
How old do you have to be to volunteer?
Anyone middle school age and above is welcome!
How many volunteer hours are expected each time?
This totally depends on the activity signed up for. Going to an event is generally one and a half hours and, occasionally, for big events, it can be two and a half hours. If your passion is working at the ranch with the animals, either training, grooming or maintenance, that is whatever time you have to give.
